In the heart of Ucluelet, our spacious west coast home is perched atop a rock bluff with mountain and harbour views. The guest house features a massive solarium that host's a 25+ year old grapevine along with many other plants. Included is a fully stocked kitchen, and laundry room. The guest suite includes the upper level of the home, the owner lives in the separate suite below. The space Grapevine Guest House is an original west coast home in the heart of Ucluelet. This spacious (2500sq/ft) accommodation offers a unique indoor garden lounge that hosts a flourishing grapevine. Planted by our late grandparents some 25+ years ago, the vine now spans across the length of the home and produces an abundance of fruit that we are happy to share. Perched atop a rock bluff, the guest suite has lovely panoramic mountain and harbor views. Centrally located you can conveniently walk to the many restaurants, stores, tour companies, galleries and hiking trails within minutes. The guest suite comfortably sleeps 6-8 guests, providing a king room, 2 queen rooms, as well as one 6" thick memory foam foldable mattress. There is also a very large living room area that can fit several foamy beds if you or the kids like “camping style'. You'll enjoy a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that seats 8 comfortably. All linens and towels are provided. Laundry facilities available, free wireless WIFI, and parking for two vehicles. Our family has resided on the West Coast since the 1920's; being knowledgeable about the area we are happy to provide information about the best hiking trails, surfing, kayaking and many other activities in the area. We have revitalized our grandparent's home to be able to welcome and share this wonderful space with friends and guests as they once did. We hope you have a great time on the West Coast and enjoy The Grapevine Guest access -The rental includes the upper level of the house, yard including fire pit area (currently being renovated), outdoor gardens and large parking area for up to two vehicles. -Please park on the cement in front of the brown garage door -Please do not bring pets without approval. -Owner and one other person live in a separated suite on the ground level. Other things to note Absolutely no parties or extra guests without approval from the owners. Please note that there are many stairs within the home, and a large rock bluff on the property which makes it less suitable for young children. Thank you.
