This cabin sits on the bluff above the beach facing the salmon-rich waters of the Cook Inlet to the west, providing perfect views of the sunset from inside the house or the patio! Centrally located in the Kenai, you will be 20 min from Soldotna, 1hrs from Homer, 2hrs from Seward, and 3hrs from Anchorage. The 'Foraker' cabin is the one of 6 private cabins at the Alaskan Sunset Cabins. We have a large, quiet and quaint property - perfect for a single or multi-family stay on the Kenai. The ultimate cabin-style home. Downstairs is complete with a full size kitchen, dining table, spacious living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The king bedroom is upstairs with a private bathroom and laundry - plus a couch in the window facing the gorgeous cook inlet coast for sunset viewing. The patio, fire pit and hammocks in the yard are perfect for sunny afternoon and evenings. We live in a home on the same property as our cabins. We are far enough away to give you plenty of space and privacy, but close enough to contact easily if needed. The cabin is in a quiet rural community on Kalifornsky Beach Road. The most noise you will hear is the soft crashing of waves on the beach at high tide, or the occasional sound of a bald eagle stopping by on the bluff.
