Charming cozy apartment with a beautiful view of Ensenada Honda Bay. The unit consists of a balcony facing the bay, fully equipped kitchen-living-dinning room, a private bedroom, private bathroom , Cable TV and STARLINK WIFI. Located on the lower level of a split home and has a ramp, stairway and outdoor shower. MAXIMUM 2 PERSONS. Note we are not responsible for any internet, power or water shortages, interruptions or failures during your stay but will do our best to assist you if this occurs. The space The apartment has 1 King size bed in the bedroom and a Full size Futon in the living area that can accommodate up to a MAXIMUM 2 ADULTS STRICTLY. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area and is connected to the living area where the futon is located including it's private bathroom and a shared balcony. Note that it is located on the lower level of a split home therefore has a ramp and stairway. We have StarLink Internet. Guest access You will be entitled to enjoy your entire unit and a balcony. Other things to note We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood near town with access to all areas walking or driving. There are several modes of transportation that can pick you up and drop you off at practically all locations on the island however we highly recommend you rent or bring your vehicle. Jeep and Golf Carts are available for rent on the island and are highly recommended. Please note that for the safety of our guests and home no visitors are permitted on the property at any time during your stay. You must be able to walk down a ramp and up a stairway and vice versa. There is a possibility of electrical ,water and or internet interruptions during your stay throughout the entire island that are normally reestablished quickly. Please advise us if we can be of any assistance if needed. MAXIMUM STRICTLY 2 ADULTS Must be able to climb up and down stairs and up and down a ramp. WE PROVIDE BEACH TOWELS AND BEACH CHAIRS DURING YOUR STAY FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS NO VISITORS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY AT ANY TIME PASS THE FRONT STREET ENTRANCE GATE.
