Other things to note Walk 2 minutes west towards Mar Chiquita Beach, it is stunning ! •Pets are permitted only with prior approval. There will be a $75 pet fee applied that will be collected through the resolution center. All pets must be leashed while out of the apt., guest cleans up all pet refuse, pets are not allowed on furniture, pet must not cause damage to premises or furnishings, no pets unattended for an undue length of time, homeowner assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises. No pets in pool area. There are two sets of stairs to the property. Washer and dryer are available for stays of 4+nights.
