Welcome to your home in Foz do Iguaçu, a large, comfortable place equipped with everything you need in a city that is the destination of the world! With various environments, large, clean and pleasant spaces, the house is recognized for its safety, cleanliness, comfort and our hospitality. Here you will be very well staying in Foz and you can relax or get together after enjoying the amazing attractions of our city. The space The house and the distribution of the spaces were prepared with great affection for the comfort and well-being of our guests! The rooms are flexible and their configuration can accommodate up to 26 guests! Smaller groups would also enjoy so much space. The house has a LARGE common area and the distribution of the spaces was designed to serve both guests who want to relax and rest as those who want to get together and enjoy. We have a full kitchen, equipped laundry, 2 (two) living rooms, office space, dining room, 2 (two) large balconies, garden, barbecue area, garden and swimming pool. The garage sleeps up to 4 vehicles covered and monitored by cameras. There are 5 bedrooms with 3 (three) suites and 2 (two) bedrooms, all with air conditioning and new bathrooms; 1 (one) Social Bathroom and 2 (two) toilets! In the vicinity of the house there is a great bakery and a little market, open until 22:00 hours, every day. At about 1.5km we have one of the largest shopping malls in Foz, with everything you may need. In addition, about 500 meters is located the international bus station of Foz do Iguaçu, where it is possible to have easy access to the different sights and public transport of the city! TOURIST SERVICES: If you are interested, you can also have accredited tourist transport services (aside), as my father is a tour guide (Portuguese and Spanish) and works with a VAN of up to 15 places. As we work together; at a reduced cost you can have access to exclusive transfer services, to welcome you at the airport, accommodate you at home, take them the shopping to stock up the refrigerator and optimize your itinerary, considering your time, your preferences and the local reality. You will do amazing tours in a totally personalized and exclusive way, including going to places where passenger cars and taxis are not authorized, such as the interior of the national park (waterfalls). Guest access The house is entire and exclusively at the disposal of guests, you can enjoy two balconies with a hammock, large leisure area with garden, barbecue area and swimming pool. Early check-in and late check-out are possible as long as it's not in the way of other guests' housekeeping or entry The availability of the number of bedrooms will be based on the number of guests listed on the reservation. Other things to note The house has stairs for access, because on the ground floor is the garage and all leisure area with a pool and barbecue area! Notes: All photos are real and of the property itself. The entire house is at your entire and EXCLUSIVE disposal during your stay. The house is on the second floor of the property and all leisure area on the ground floor, without any contact or access with the first floor apartment.
