Welcome to your home in Foz do Iguaçu, a spacious, comfortable place, equipped with everything you need in a city that is a world destination! With various environments, spacious, clean and pleasant spaces, the house is recognized for its safety, cleanliness, comfort and our hospitality. Here you will be very well accommodated in Foz and can relax or socialize after enjoying the incredible attractions of our city. The space The house and the distribution of the spaces were prepared with great affection aiming at the comfort and well-being of our guests! The rooms are flexible and their configuration allows them to accommodate up to 26 guests! Smaller groups would also enjoy so much space. The house has a LARGE common area, and the distribution of spaces was designed to serve both guests who want to relax and rest, and those who want to socialize and enjoy themselves. We have a full kitchen, equipped laundry, 2 (two) living rooms, office space, dining room, 2 (two) large balconies, garden, barbecue area, garden and pool. The garage accommodates up to 4 vehicles, covered and monitored by cameras. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 (three) of which are en-suites and 2 (two) bedrooms, all with air conditioning and new bathrooms; 1 (one) Social Bathroom and 2 (two) toilets! Near the house there is a great bakery and a grocery store, open until 10:00 p.m. every day. About 1.5 km away we have one of the largest malls in Foz, with everything you might need. In addition, about 500 meters away is the Foz do Iguaçu International Bus Station, where you can easily access the city's different tourist attractions and public transportation! TOURIST SERVICES: If you are interested, you can also count on accredited tourist transport services (separately), as my father is a tour guide (Portuguese and Spanish) and works with a VAN of up to 15 seats. As we work together, at a reduced cost you can have access to exclusive transfer services, to receive you at the airport, accommodate you at home, take you shopping to stock the refrigerator, and optimize your itinerary, considering your time, your preferences, and the local reality. You will take amazing tours in a totally personalized and exclusive way, including going to places where passenger cars and taxis are not authorized, such as the interior of the national park (waterfalls). Guest access The house is entirely and exclusively at the disposal of guests, you can enjoy two balconies with hammocks, a large leisure area with garden, barbecue and swimming pool. Early check-in and late check-out are possible as long as they do not interfere with housekeeping or the arrival of other guests The number of rooms available will be based on the number of guests in the reservation. Other things to note The house has stairs for access, because on the ground floor is the garage and the entire leisure area with pool and barbecue! Notes: All photos are real and of the property itself. The entire house is at your entire and EXCLUSIVE disposal during your stay. The house is on the second floor of the property and the entire leisure area is on the ground floor, with no contact or access to the first-floor apartment.
