It features a full size swimming pool, modern amenities a Private River, & Bar-B-Q facilities. Dunn's River, Dolphin Cove, Duty Free shopping, restaurants and Beaches are all available within 5 minutes of the Villa. Weddings, graduations & cooperate events are allowed. Fruta at The fall is not just a place for vacation; but an actual "Destination". Boasting its own private swimming pool, small river and waterfall, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is the perfect place for large families or a group of friends to get away to and explore. The space sleeps up to Six (6) guests. The Villa is nestled in a lush tropical river garden among a variety of fruit trees, a true nature lover's paradise. The Villa is located just a short 5 minutes drive from Jamaica's most robust North Coast town of Ocho Rios. The first floor has a modern, fully-equipped kitchen; with Microwave oven, toaster, blender, electric coffee pot, electric kettle, a 30" gas stove, oven, and fridge, cooking utensils and silverware. The second floor has three bedrooms that sleep a total of 6 guests; each bedroom is equipped with a Smart LED TV, air conditioning units, ceiling fan, dresser, lamps and night tables. Bathrooms are equipped with both shower and bathtub, hot and cold water and electrical outlets. The living and dining room areas are comfortably furnished and equipped with a computer work station and a 65" Smart LED TV. Ethernet and secured Wi-Fi connections are available on the premises. ENTERTAINING Enjoy exclusive access to our full size swimming pool; a private river and waterfall. Take a nap in the waterside hammock as you listen to the soothing rippling sounds of the river as it flows by. Relaxing on the balcony has been a favorite pastime of our guests as they gaze into the garden and surroundings. The balcony is also an excellent location to have breakfast, a cup of coffee, tea or a romantic dinner. Enjoy your own dedicated outdoor entertainment area, complete with picnic tables, a covered BBQ Tike Hut with a full size sink, tiled counter space, a 30" 4 burner gas stove, an additional 2 burner gas stove for large pots and a standing Gas grill. The property has an expansive lawn, perfect for weddings, graduations and cooperate events. Renting of our property at the rates listed in this site is NOT authorization for hosting parties. Hosting an event / parties are allowed under a separate agreement and will be at a separate charge. If you need additional information regarding hosting parties, cooperate events, wedding /receptions or graduation please submit by email "detailed" information regarding the date, type of event, how many guests will be attending your event and if you want us to carter for the occasion. Up-on receipt of that information we will be happy to make the necessary arrangements and discuss the additional charges with you. EVENTS THAT REQUIRES YOUR GUESTS TO PAY A FEE TO ATTEND ARE NOT ALLOWED. DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS EVENTS are temporarily restricted to a maximum of Seventy Five (75) persons. FRUTA VILLA AT THE FALLS is a securely fenced and well-lit private property with a gated entrance. Guests will have access to all common areas of the villa and property including generous lawn and entertainment areas. Parking is available on premises for up to 6 vehicles; street parking for an additional (10) vehicles is available outside the property. Our grounds keepers visit the property daily to perform various needed maintenance. One of our grounds keepers (Mikey) at times stay in a small building at the rear of the property and at times may be seen after hours. We have an enhance cleaning protocol to ensure that the villa is completely disinfected and sanitize before each check-in. We offer contact less secure "self check-in" between the hours of 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM by use of our electronic lock-box. Self check-in instructions will be provided and emailed to you as needed. Should you have any questions, we will only be a phone call away and will be readily available to assist you. The villa's name was inspired by its natural environment. It is surrounded by fruit trees such as Ackee, Avocado, Breadfruit, Coconut, Banana, Cherry, Guava, Almond and Walnut, just to name a few. The property has a small river and natural waterfall that gently and unhurriedly cascades through an array of lush foliage reflecting the filtered sunlight. We are located just outside the town of Ocho Rios. Public transportation is accessible from in front of the property gate into town at a costs US$1.00 per person. Avis Car Rental is located adjacent to the Rubis gas station 1/2 mile away from the Villa and they offer FREE transfer to and from their location.
