Casa Adalia del Yunque with Private Pool + River Swim

Welcome to your private rainforest oasis! Tucked away in the mountains of El Yunque rainforest, Casa Adalia boasts panoramic views of pristine beaches and the mountain peaks of El Yunque. Hike down the street for 15 minutes to explore a private river with swimming pools, waterfalls, and trails (see pictures!). The space Perfectly set up on 1 acre of land, this private villa with a HEATED pool and fully automated 500 gallon generator is completely secured from the road by a decorative wall with gated access. On the property is a beautiful single level house (2,700 sq.ft.) with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (the 3rd bathroom is only accessible from the outdoor terrace). Right outside your doorstep you will find a 1000 sq ft covered outdoor patio with a seating area, pool table, & bar area that connects to the kitchen and another TV. The covered patio area connects with a large open terrace where you can gather to enjoy panoramic views. There are 3 other connecting multi-level open terraces to take advantage of the delightful ambiance of the rainforest and breath-taking views. Finally, there is an additional covered outdoor bar area complete with a sink and barstools one level up from the pool deck. Inside the home you will find a modern kitchen with all of the supplies needed to cook delicious meals. Additionally, there is a large family room with many places to sit for socializing and relaxing, with a 65" TV connected to Roku for streaming, a dedicated desk and office chair and high-speed fiber optic internet. 📷: @casa_adalia Guest access You will have private access to the entire gated property including the pool, terraces and villa during your stay. If you ever decide to venture out of this wonderful oasis, Casa Adalia is perfectly located in the northeast part of PR which makes this a great basecamp for your vacation. 15 minutes: Highway 66, Groceries, Coco Beach, Hyatt Regency Resort and Golf 20 minutes: Entrance to El Yunque National Park 25 minutes: Luquillo Beach and the Kiosks which host over 50 local bars and restaurants. 30 minutes: Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport, Fajardo (with ferries to Vieques or Culebra) 40 minutes: Old San Juan. Other things to note The pool maintenance man comes twice a week and may need to be allowed on the premises to maintain the pool during your stay. We try to make sure the pool is available at all times, however due to things out of our control such as weather the pool may need to be treated and may need to close for some number of hours. It is unlikely, but if this happens Yesi will be sure to be in contact with your group.
