Beachfront Home - House Marlin

House Marlin is a semi-detached house at beachfront in Long Island. At this wonderful place you have everything to enjoy your holidays. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open kitchen with a dishwasher. From the big porch looking south you can access the pool or jump into the Atlantic Ocean from the private beach access. There are 2 stand-up paddles and 2 bikes you can use whilst your stay. A grocery store is only a 5 minute drive away. The space The living room has two big sofas and a tv with dvd-player and some DVD’s and Netflix. There are different board games as well as cards and dice. Guest access You have the whole home for yourself. The pool is used together with the neighbor's, if they are there. The garage separates the units so there are no shared walls. Other things to note The neighbor's house is not a rental unit but a private home. Some interaction may be experienced, but generally they keep to themselves.
