This does not make it safe for swimming. Sand is replaced during the summer months by the shifting tide. -Beach Essentials that are provided (We do not have snorkel gear or beach blanket): -- Beach Towels -- Beach chairs -- Cooler bag Guest access Guests have access to Villa #9, pool area, beach, common areas and one assigned parking spot. Other things to note - We are a Service animal and Emotional Support Animal friendly. - We ask all animals be leashed in the common areas and picked up after they use the bathroom. - No animals or animals in the pool area. - Neighborhood is very quiet. Please no barking dogs. These are HOA rules, and they can levy a fine if not complied with. ** The infrastructure in the island is very weak. Unfortunately, there may be an outage that is out of our control. We ask for your understanding and patience. The home is equipped with 150 gallons water reserve tank and power generator.
