Welcome to this cozy 1 bedroom condo apartment in the quiet hamlet of Fairmont Hot Springs. Situated conveniently close to the many seasonal recreational opportunities in the Columbia Valley and only 20 minutes from Invermere. This vacation home is suitable for 1 or 2 guests only and is not suitable for infants, children or pets. To keep your cost down, I do not charge a cleaning fee. There is a large bathroom adjoining the bedroom with an oversized soaker tub (please note that the water jets in the tub do not function) The patio provides amazing views of the Fairmont Range. There is an electric fireplace , baseboard heating and a window-mounted air-conditioning unit to keep you comfortable in all seasons. The apartment is available for a maximum of two persons only. Please note this facility is not available to use for additional persons to stay in the unit. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you require for your stay. There is an adjoining laundry with a new washer & dryer. The laundry is shared with your host only. The semi- private patio area is accessed from the common walkway in front of the unit and provides plenty of room to sit outside on warm summer evenings and enjoy the view of the evening light on the Fairmont Range of the Canadian Rockies. Guest access There is a single flight of stairs to the 2nd level of the building. A common walkway at the front of the unit provides access to the semi-private patio and the front door of the apartment. The apartment itself is entirely private and fully equipped and set-up exclusively for guest use only. There is an adjoining shared vestibule with a laundry - this space and the laundry facilities are shared with your host only.
