Welcome to this cozy 1-bedroom condo in the quiet hamlet of Fairmont Hot Springs. Ideally located in the Columbia Valley, you’re close to golf, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, hot springs, and more. Invermere is just 20 minutes away. Suitable for 1–2 adult guests only. Thank you 🙂 The space A private entry from the patio provides access to this vacation apartment, which features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, along with a comfortable separate bedroom with a king-size bed and ample closet space. The large bathroom adjoining the bedroom includes an oversized soaker tub (please note the water jets in the tub do not function). The patio offers beautiful views of the Fairmont Range. An electric fireplace, baseboard heating, and a window-mounted air-conditioning unit help keep the space comfortable in all seasons. The apartment is available for a maximum of two persons only and cannot accommodate additional overnight guests. It is not suitable for infants, children, or pets. This is a non-smoking property. In accordance with strata bylaws, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the strata property, including inside the unit, on the patio/balcony, or in the parking areas. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you should need for your stay. There is also an adjoining laundry area with a new washer and dryer. The laundry is shared with your host only. The semi-private patio area is accessed from the common walkway in front of the unit. While other building occupants may occasionally pass by, this is uncommon. The patio offers a lovely outdoor space to relax on warm summer evenings and enjoy the beautiful evening light on the Fairmont Range of the Canadian Rockies. A common walkway at the front of the unit provides access to the semi-private patio and the front door of the apartment. The apartment itself is entirely private and fully equipped and set-up exclusively for guest use only. There is an adjoining shared vestibule with a laundry - this space and the laundry facilities are shared with your host only. You do not use this area to enter the unit but you are welcome to access it if you need to use the laundry Please note there is a security camera in the laundry area only. Other things to note This home is located in a quiet strata community and is best suited to respectful guests seeking a peaceful Columbia Valley stay rather than a hotel-style environment. Self check-in is provided via smart lock with a unique code issued for each guest, allowing easy and flexible arrival. There is one flight of stairs required to access the unit. The property is not suitable for wheelchair access or guests requiring step-free entry. There is ample off-street parking available in the building’s parking areas. While there is no dedicated stall, spaces are typically easy to find. During busier periods, a short walk to the unit may be required. Excellent high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the suite and is suitable for remote work and streaming. Previous guests often comment on how quickly they feel at home here. Books, games, and video options are provided, and every effort is made to create a comfortable, relaxing environment. The TV is a smart TV with some built-in programming available; however, there is no cable service. Guests wishing to use services such as Netflix are asked to bring their own login credentials. The kitchen is well equipped with most items guests typically need during their stay. Cooking is provided via a four-burner countertop hotplate suitable for stovetop use. Please note there is no oven. A barbecue is available on the patio for guest use. As this is a strata apartment building, some normal residential noise from neighbouring units or the common passageway may occasionally be heard. While the community is generally quiet, it can be busier during the summer months, particularly on summer weekends. Guests are expected to keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am and to respect all strata bylaws during their stay. Please note this is a non-smoking property throughout the entire strata, and the home accommodates a maximum of two adult guests only. Wildlife is part of life in the Columbia Valley, and deer are commonly seen in the area. Black bears have occasionally been observed in the parking areas. Guests are asked to dispose of all garbage properly and avoid leaving food items outside so as not to attract wildlife, helping to keep the area safe and enjoyable for everyone.
