It features 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and a private bathroom, plus a mezzanine with a queen-size bed. The house also includes a fully equipped kitchen. This place is great if you want to be just steps from the beach, but close enough to all the amenities. The house is fully equipped. Gas stove, refrigerator, freezer and all the kitchen utensils needed to enjoy cooking in this natural environment. Please note that in this house we use rainwater and well water, we recommend that you obtain drinking water for drinking and cooking. It is a "Pet Friendly House". Only one pet is allowed per stay, and this must be approved in advance. Before booking, please check with us about the conditions and policies of the "Pet Friendly House", as well as the possibility of bringing a second pet. Please note that an additional charge of $35 per pet per stay applies. About the security deposit, we'd like to assure you that the $300 hold on your card is not a charge but rather a precautionary measure by Airbnb in case of damages. This amount is not actually charged to you unless there are damages to the property, and the process is managed entirely through Airbnb. Guest access Check-in time must be respected; early arrivals require prior authorization, and failure to obtain it will result in a USD $50 charge deducted from the security deposit. You will find the alarm remote control hanging right together with the house keys. It’s very easy to use: the left button activates the alarm, and the right button deactivates it. It’s that simple, so you can feel super safe and enjoy total peace of mind during your stay! We kindly ask you from the bottom of our hearts to take good care of it, as there will be a $150 fee for its replacement in case of loss or misplacement.
