This tranquil house is located on a 1000m2 lot with in a small community, attracting a variety of local wildlife such as 2 & 3-toed sloth’s, Howler Monkeys, Toucan’s, Parrots, Tree frogs, Butterflies in the tropical surroundings. 2 bedrooms (king bed each), and a mezzanine, (queen bed), 2.5 bathrooms, huge bright living - kitchen area, full equipped kitchen, microwave, oven, blender etc. WiFi, cable TV. Terrace deck with POOL in the tropical garden. RELAX - Enjoy. This house is rented by Habitat Puerto Viejo. It is a "Pet Friendly House". Only one pet is allowed per stay, and this must be approved in advance. Before booking, please check with us about the conditions and policies of the "Pet Friendly House", as well as the possibility of bringing a second pet. Please note that an additional charge of $35 per pet per stay applies. About the security deposit, we'd like to assure you that the $300 hold on your card is not a charge but rather a precautionary measure by Airbnb in case of damages. This amount is not actually charged to you unless there are damages to the property, and the process is managed entirely through Airbnb. Note: Due to a renovation on the neighboring property, noise will be generated at different times of the day by the ongoing works. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Guest access We want you to fully enjoy your stay with family and friends, but we kindly ask that you respect the house rules. Quiet hours are important as we are in a residential area, and it’s essential to be considerate of the neighbors. Moderate noise hours start at 8 p.m., as per Costa Rican regulations. If the rules are not followed, we may need to address the situation using the security deposit, a $100 fine will be applied and may even kindly ask you to leave the house with the assistance of the appropriate authorities. No climbing on beds, couches, hammocks, or any other furniture, please. Your pet should have its own cozy spot. Pool Party: If there's a swimming pool, it's a no-go zone for your furry friend. Let's keep the pool area fur-free. Bring the Essentials: If your pet has a habit of claiming furniture, consider bringing your own sheets and towels to make them feel at home without inconveniencing others. Cleanup Duty: Be a responsible pet parent - pick up after your pet. It's a small act that makes a big difference. Leash Protocol: When entering or leaving the property, keep your pet on a leash. It's for their safety and the peace of mind of our neighbors. No Lone Rangers: Please don't leave your pet alone on the property. We want to avoid any howling symphonies and property mishaps.
