Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining table for 6 people with beautiful custom blown glass chandelier, large Smart TV with cable, entertainment center with full size pull out murphy bed, sofa, and two chairs(one reclining). There is also beach gear for your use in the storage closest under stair case near kitchen. Lanai: Dining table for 6 people with retractable awning. Stay Aloha provides all needed essentials for your stay up to 1 week. This includes laundry, luxury organic bath, and kitchen essentials. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well. NO BOOKING FEES! We do have a $50 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen and we have you covered. The Maui Kamaole complex offers lush grounds with walking paths, 2 tennis courts, 2 pools with jacuzzis, and BBQ areas. Watch the sunrise or sunsets from this gorgeous unit. The condo also has one designated parking space right outside the unit and ample visitor parking. Prime South Kihei location across the street Kamaole III Beach and the Kihei boat ramp which has a small beach with a favorite sea turtle nesting spot. PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. Maui Kamaole locations puts you within walking distance or a very short drive to some of the best beaches in Kihei. There is public transportation stops on Kihei road and Uber/Lyft is available here also if you don't rent a car. Having a car rental is always best on Maui since there is so much to see. Next door construction is completely finished as of 1/1/23. The rooftops do not block the ocean view as you can see from an updated photo shows. Mahalo!
