Ubatuba Toninhas House

Two-story house for 12 guests (14 by agreement), 200 meters from the beach, super airy, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, low season check-in from 9 a.m. and check-out until 6 p.m. (by agreement), parking for 4 cars, laundry (with washing machine), barbecue grill, pool table, and a beautiful garden with hammocks. Bedrooms access the balcony, as well as the living room and pantry, there are ceiling fans, well ventilated. The house has a beautiful garden, very cool, even in the high summer temperatures. The house is on a paved, residential street. Other things to note On Sundays, in low season, it is possible to check out at 5:00 p.m. at no additional cost, but there is a need for prior alignment and availability check. It is important to note that in Ubatuba there is a strict law regarding the use of loud sound in any place, including on the beach, with fines exceeding 5 minimum wages, so it is important to reinforce compliance with this legislation.
