Welcome to Chez Zell! Your tranquil home away from home awaits in a quiet residential neighborhood with just a five-minute walk to the beach. The 1200 sq. ft. two-bedroom ground floor apartment is nestled on a ridge along a secluded lane, away from highways and passing traffic. It's the perfect place for a peaceful getaway to recharge and finally finish that novel! This two-bedroom apartment offers complete privacy and is fully self-catering, featuring a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. The living and entertainment space includes a flat-screen TV, an Android box, and high-speed WIFI. This newly built two bedroom apartment offers complete privacy and is totally self catering with fully equipped kitchen and dining room spaces. There is a living and entertainment room space with a flat screen TV, android box, high speed WIFI etc. Private off road parking. Apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 persons; king size bed in one bedroom and two divan beds in the second bedroom. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room; air conditioning available in both bedrooms only. A shower and 6ft bath in one bathroom and a shower in the second en-suite bathroom. A washing machine is located on the patio at the entrance to the apartment. There is no electric or gas dryer; clothes have to be hung on a close horse available on the patio or the external clothes line. The apartment truly offers a visitor that feel of a home away from home! Discounts for stays longer than 7 nights and 1 month. Guests have complete access to the two bedroom apartment and the entire yard space. Guests do not have access to stairwell to other two apartments and roof gardens. Apartment offers complete privacy with private parking and access. I do not live on the property. However when I'm on property, I love to chat with guests about Barbados, places to see, thing to do and am generally available to answer any queries or resolve any problems that may pop up in the apartment. There are two other apartments in the building. A lovely cleaning lady will come by weekly to clean apartments, change bed linen etc. You will be well taken care of. The apartment is definitely in a residential area. The beach is 5 minutes walk away; located on the west of the island. Waters tend to be very calm and great for swimming/snorkelling. Neighbors tend to congregate at the beach at Paynes Bay early in the mornings and late in the afternoon - the beach can at times be a community meeting ground of sorts. The Paynes Bay beach park is also a definite plus; the benches allow a visit to the beach for a "sand free" picnic or get together (please see pics). The neighborhood also has several other vacation apartments, so day by day especially during the winter season several overseas guests make up the community. The apartment is in close proximity to the Paynes Bay fish market - where cooked fish can be bought - a pizza parlour, an ice cream shop, a roti shop, and the Paynes Bay ESSO gas station and convenience shop where a full range of food and drink can be bought . Holetown in the north and Bridgetown in the south are only 7 minutes drive from the apartment. The new ultra modern Massy supermarket and the high-end Limegrove Mall with cinemas are located in Holetown. Lots to see and do within close proximity of the apartment. The apartment is suited for travellers who want to get around by foot. Bus stops heading north and south are located 5 minutes walk from the apartment on Highway 1. Once onto Paynes Bay beach, a visitor can walk on the beach all the way north past Sandy Lane Hotel to the vicinity of Sunset Crest. If a visitor wishes to tour the island, this can be done affordably via public transportation or via renting a vehicle. Touch base with me and I'll give you recommendations. Few things to note: a) There is a total of four (4) steps from the driveway to the patio of the apartment. b) Unfortunately there is no wheelchair access. c) There is no land line telephone in the apartment. d) High speed wireless internet is available and included in rental fee e) Check out is 12:00pm on the day of departure. f) There is no back up power supply; in the event of a power outage at night, a lantern is provided for light
