(7564 Brl dr) The space The property features a modern contemporary style decor, including high ceilings in the living area that enhance the sense of well-being, provide ample light, and ensure comfort. It's tastefully decorated, offering a cozy atmosphere for its guests. Additionally, it is conveniently located close to well-known tourist attractions. The house is divided into two floors, detailed as follows: FIRST FLOOR: • Kitchen: A complete kitchen with a large bench and 6 chairs, fully stocked with utensils (pots, pans, glasses, etc.). • Living Room: Boasts double-height ceilings, beautiful sofas, chaise lounges, an electric fireplace, and a 55-inch TV, creating a spacious and luxurious ambiance. • Toilet: Guest toilet available. • Laundry Room: Fully equipped with a washer and dryer. • Terrace: A beautiful terrace featuring a barbecue, a table with 6 chairs, and a great jacuzzi for relaxation and entertainment. SECOND FLOOR: Three Bedrooms: Each bedroom comes with a complete private bathroom and walk-in closets, and all are equipped with TVs. • One bedroom with 2 twin beds. • One bedroom with a king bed. • The master bedroom includes a king bed, a desk, and a huge chaise lounge, offering a blend of comfort and utility. (7564 Brk dr) Guest access The condominium has a coded entrance to have better control of its visitors and provide a peaceful and safe stay. The condominium has a Japanese food restaurant with lacarte or rodizio dishes and a private and well-equipped clubhouse which guests can access by paying a fee of $100.00 + 6.5% taxes directly at the frontdesck per day of use per house : The clubhouse has: pool Hottub tennis court volleyball court with beach sand fitness room recreation for children Other things to note 1. The following items are left at the house for your arrival: 1 shampoo, 1 rinse cream, 1 soap, and 2 toilet papers in each bathroom. In the kitchen 2 bag and garbage, 2 dishwasher soap, and a paper towel. In the laundry room 2 soaps for washing clothes. WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASH CLOTHES due to hygiene issues. I suggest that if you stay more than 2 days go to Walmart and shop for cleaning and bathing. 2. In all bathrooms we leave bath towels, hand towels for the number of guests that the house can accommodate. All beds have sheets, duvets and pillows. * We do not replace bed linen and towels during the guests' stay, all of our houses have a washing machine and dryer. 3. If you need a crib in the unit, please always request it 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability. 4. PROPANE GAS ONLY GRILL RULES: For the use of the barbecue there is a fixed fee of $75.00 for the entire length of the stay, for post checkout cleaning and propane replacement. If the propane runs out during your stay, it is the guest's responsibility to replace it in order to continue using it. 5. PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES): You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. • If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step. 6. ITEMS OR BELONGINGS: We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the house after checkout, please, when leaving, carefully check the removal of all your belongings and suitcases from the house so that there are no problems. 7. We are not responsible for purchases made over the internet by guests, if there are shipping problems. We are not responsible for belongings left in the house, please check all your belongings when you leave so you don't forget anything in the house. 8. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. 9. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. 10.JACUZZI: Houses that have a jacuzzi on the balcony do not have additional fees added to the daily rates, this is a courtesy, if a problem occurs during your stay we do not refund amounts due to the jacuzzi not functioning properly.
