Also a very cute detached boathouse, converted in to a 3rd bedroom. Most time is spent outdoors with some of the best ice fishing, snowmobiling, boating, quading, hiking, cross country skiing, and more that Alberta has to offer. Soak in a 6 man hot tub overlooking the lake and it’s beautiful beautiful islands after snowmobiling the vast set of scenic trails. The space Master bedroom has a mattress topper for those who like softer beds. It can be removed for those who like firm. Some smart home devices using Alexa are offered. We supply one bag of fire wood for fire pit, which is enough for one fire. If you like to burn through lots of firewood, we recommend you bring some or purchase some, at a nearby store called Derby’s. Or for an extra fee, send a message, and we can have extra bags waiting upon your arrival. Garage not included, it is for host storage only Guest access Hot tub, very large deck overlooking the lake. Also a smaller deck up front under a tree. Cruise or fish the shores with our canoe or paddle boat. Fishing rods and tackle can be rented if needed. Fishing license required. Any water sports or time spent on the water should only be done by those licensed and experienced in such activities, and never done intoxicated. Entering the water and any water related activities is done at your own risk. Lake water is not acceptable to drink for pets or guests. Weeds, algae, water depth, and lake ice can vary widely depending on the weather, season and year. There for the dock presence , length , and position can also vary widely. Guests take full responsibility of the security of their boats when using the dock. Other things to note There is only one full bathroom. (Shower, Tub, toilet, sink and laundry). We do also have an outhouse that can be utilized in case of emergency
