Playa Coco 88 - Dream Villa On A Beautiful Beach

We have designed and built our dream home, and we expect you will love it as much as we do. Located on beautiful Playa El Coco, our home is only about a 20-minute drive south of San Juan Del Sur. We have a gorgeous pool, master bedrooms with balconies over looking the ocean, a chef's designer custom kitchen, and a veranda that is perfect for watching sunsets and the ocean while feeling the trade winds cool your back. Our guests love traveling to our beach house to get away from it all! The space Truly get away from it all in this open floor plan modern building set on this secluded half mile beach. Guest access You will use the whole house. There are four bedrooms upstairs that have fans and AC, there is one bedroom downstairs with fan, Wifi for your convenience. Other things to note Don't leave expensive personal items unattended on the beach. Other things to note 10:00pm to 7:00am – This is of utmost importance as it is a requirement for our Short Term Rental Permit. Guests must be aware and respectful of our neighbors at all times. Noise carries at night, including music, should be brought inside by 10:00pm. POOL: Guests shall not permit any use of the pool by unsupervised children or other Guests. Guests are not allowed to pull pool cleaning hose and take out pool cleaner under no circumstances. Guest and other invitees shall use the pool at their own risk. Pool users Please be respectful of our neighbors and pool rules. No yelling and screaming while using the pool.
