The Beach House is is a beautiful 2 Bedroom house located a stones throw away from Tobacco Bay , a short walk to the Town of St. George, The St. Regis Resort and Five Forts Golf Club. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, walk-in closet, Alarm clock with a USB charger, air-condition & ceiling fan. The Master bedroom also has a balcony perfect for travelers who want to sit back and enjoy watching the sun set over the Atlantic Ocean. Similarly guest can watch their kids swim at the beach from the comfort of their own Balcony. The second bedroom is fitted with a queen size Temperpedic bed with spectacular views of the horizon to watch the sunset. The living room has a double pull out sofa bed, a 50" Samsung Smart TV with cable, a surround sound system with crystal clear sound that you can connect via Bluetooth and Wifi with 250Mbps download and 50Mbps upload speeds. The Kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliance's. It has a Gas stove, Refrigerator and freezer, Toaster oven, Toaster, Blender and Coffee Maker. There is a breakfast bar that seats 8 that is split between the Living room and Kitchen There are two full bathrooms, one on each level and a linen closet on the second level. Ironing board & iron provided in the linen Closet. It takes about 40 seconds from our door to the beach at Tobacco Bay, An 8 min walk will get you to Fort St. Catherine Beach or Achilles Bay Beach which are more private beaches. We are located 850 Meters to Somers Supermarket which is roughly a 12 minute walk. Beaches, restaurants, shopping, tennis and transportation are all within walking distance. Tobacco Bay, is known for the best snorkeling in Bermuda. A Certificate of Excellence Winner by TripAdvisor (2016, 2017, 2018& 2019) and voted as the #1 Visitor Attraction in Bermuda. There is also a full service bar & restaurant (tobaccobay.bm) it is set in a secluded bay surrounded by unique rock formations and expansive shallow waters. The Beach house is perfect for families who wish to spend all day at the beach and couples who would like to have a romantic getaway. *Only guests whose names are on the booking are allowed to stay at the house.* Guest access Guest are allowed to use the entire property. Other things to note Must be able to climb two sets of stairs. Tobacco Bay plays music everyday from 10am till 5pm. It is not loud. It is ambiance music for the guests at Tobacco Bay. After 5pm the neighborhood is quiet. On rare occasions the may host a party on a Sunday where the music is played until 9pm or 10pm. The law does not permit them to play music past 11pm.
