SeaHaven is an adorable cottage right in the heart of Kingsburg. Panoramic ocean views at every turn. Watch the sun rise out of the ocean. Open the door to the sound of the crashing surf and smell the salty air. Stroll down to Hirtles Beach via our own private road. Spot the deer in the meadow and watch the bunnies nibble on the clover in the lawn. A beautiful way to start your day. The space A coastal-inspired, main floor living home with 3 good sized bedrooms, 3(!) bathrooms and a beautiful open concept kitchen and great room. Modern, bright with sunshine pouring in - and provides jaw-dropping views at every turn. Both the upper and lower level walk out decks provide the perfect location to start or end your day. A good sized kitchen, large double sided great room and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms complete the upper level. The lower level walk out features another large flex space, plus another bedroom, bathroom and laundry. Well stocked kitchen, multiple SMART TVs with high speed internet, linens, towels and washer/dryer make this home a restful break from everyday life. Heating sources include two mini split heat pumps and baseboard heating. We do have a Vermont casting wood stove. Firewood is not provided. Use of the wood stove is granted to those who request and have an advanced knowledge of maintaining a wood stove fire. Lunenburg with all its’ restaurants and attractions is a mere 20 mins away. Lahave Bakery, Mahone Bay, Chester, Oak Island and soo much more are ALL worthy and easy destinations. This house is the ideal for quiet, mature individuals looking for a scenic and restful escape. No parties allowed. Max guest count is 6. Summer bookings are Sat to Sat, min 7 nights. Dogs (1 max) will be considered on a limited basis, with permission and are subject to a $150 pet fee. Walk the cliffs each morning, explore the pastoral landscape, see the 18th century ruins of the original hamlet of Kingsburg from 1787. It's a pretty special place.
