The exquisite amenities of this villa include a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, cable, flat screen TV's in all rooms, ceiling fans, and individual thermostats in the main rooms. The master suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The guest suite provides two queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center and a full bath.   There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath just off the living room. The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, large dining table, as well as a washer/dryer wash tub combo conveniently located and concealed right off the kitchen area.
