Just renovated and across the road from Rarotonga's top snorkeling spot "fruits of Rarotonga" (a marine reserve) is Paere House. An ideal home for all things beachy. Fruits of Rarotonga boast pristine waters, a deep lagoon (ideal for swimming at all The space The house is a very roomy high ceilinged two bedroom home and has a excellent covered veranda for outside relaxing and dining. All rooms have ceiling fans. The kitchen is open plan and blends into the dining area. Off the living area are the two bedrooms, with a queen in the master bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom which can be zipped together. The house is fully screened to keep the mozzies at bay. The large front yard is ideal for kids of all ages as is the lagoon across the road. Paere is ideal for a family needing to play in the sun and sea, and considering its location is extremely well priced. Guest access Everywhere Other things to note I am happy to arrange and would recommend transfers to and from the home, they're NZ$40.00 return or NZ$20.00 one way for adults and NZ$20.00 return or NZ$10.00 one way for kids under 12. There are not a lot of street names or signage or road lighting here in Rarotonga, and google maps doesnt work well here, people often struggle to find the home. Just let me know and I can adjust the price after confirmation.
