All rooms have ceiling fans. The kitchen is open plan and blends into the dining area. Off the living area are the two bedrooms, with a queen in the master bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom which can be zipped together. The house is fully screened to keep the mozzies at bay. The large front yard is ideal for kids of all ages as is the lagoon across the road. Paere is ideal for a family needing to play in the sun and sea, and considering its location is extremely well priced. There are not a lot of street names or signage or road lighting here in Rarotonga, and google maps doesnt work well here, people often struggle to find the home.
