Coccoloba is built with nothing but the worlds best materials and designed to make you feel at one with your natural surroundings. There are 60' feet of fully opening glass doors around the front and sides of the property allowing cool Caribbean breezes to flow through the house. Although just 400 yards from the beach the property is high up at an elevation of 270' providing these unique views and relief from biting insects found down at sea level. The gardens are packed full of lush Caribbean flora, fauna and birdlife. Plants include many varieties of bamboo, heliconia, hibiscus, palms and of course - Coccoloba aka seagrape. Although we are just two bedrooms Coccoloba's deck and pool are amongst the largest on the island. The pool enables a 54' lap and boasts a 21' true infinity edge. From our verandah the pool appears to flow over the edge straight into the Caribbean Sea! Just a 400 yard walk from Coccoloba you will find the lovely Oualie Beach with all the islands water sports, including scuba, sailing, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, wind surfing and paddle boarding. The hotel also provides beach facilities free of charge to bar guests. Guest access The whole villa and 3/4 acre of grounds are yours! Other things to note Coccoloba's 33,000 square feet of densely landscaped grounds is shared with an abundance of Nevis's wildlife. We have a group of monkeys that come down from the mountain through our gardens each morning then back up again early evening. We also have 3 varieties of Hummingbirds, Bananaquits, King birds, Antillean bullfinch and Pearly Eyed threshers. From our deck we have seen humpback whales passing through 'The Narrows' the channel just below us between St Kitts and Nevis.
