The pool/Hot Tub has a reservation schedule for those who would like to use it, there is a limit of 4 people or a group. (This villa does not have exclusive use of the swimming pool and hot tub). Guest access The property has two levels, however this listing is located on the front of the first floor. The pool area has a chart with time frames. Guests are expected to reserve the time for which they would like to make use of the pool. The time at the pool for each group is private. This area is subject to a (4) people maximum or (1) group of people at a time. We created this system to main Covid-19 precautions and thus far has been very successful. There is 24hr closed circuit security cameras. Other things to note Our neighborhood is home to many wonderful farm animals such as chickens, baby pigs and roosters.
