The cabin offers a boat ramp and boat slip at no extra charge during your warm weather stay. There’s also a large lawn area outside that offers a shady spot to play games or enjoy BBQs. Other things to note ---Things to Note--- 1. The cabin can also be rented in conjunction with the cabin above it (cabin 7) which sleeps 6 and the large lakefront cabin (cabin 11) which sleeps 11 for family or friend reunions. 2. Additional dog fees will be assessed. $75 per stay. Breed and size restrictions. 3. The docks are unavailable for use during the period from October 1st to May 1st. 4. Owner requires additional screening. 5. Parking: There are 2 spots assigned parking within the resort for unit #6 6. Trash: Central trash bins, no recycling. 2 pickups weekly during the summer season 7. Pets: Absolutely no cats or large dogs / breed approve. No dogs on furniture or beds; 1 dog max. Dogs will be considered at the discretion of the owner. There is a maximum of one dog allowed. Excluded breeds – Pitbulls, Danes, Shepherds and Rottweilers. The size and breed is required in writing for approval. Dogs must be leashed and cannot be allowed on the furniture. If additional cleaning is required, an additional fee will be assessed against the security deposit. The NONREFUNDABLE pet fee is $75 per stay. 8. No fires of any kind. 9. No partying, quiet time 10PM - 7AM. 10. Please Note: You’ll love this beautiful rural area and location. Native wildlife and insects share this amazing world too. To keep out the wildlife, bugs and critters, please remember to close doors and windows that don’t have screens on them. Don’t leave food out or crumbs on the counters, tables, furniture or beds to help keep those unwanted pests out. The home and property is treated regularly, seeing dead bugs doesn’t mean there is an infestation but that the treatment is working.
