This villa receives a special pricing of $900 all inclusive service if you choose to use the concierge service. All reservations, excursions, private chef, charter & local experience planning is included should you choose the extra feature. The only feature that is not included is the grocery stocking feature. This feature is an extra $250. Should you opt into this feature, a grocery list is sent one week prior to your arrival. All liquor, food & beverage will be stocked prior to your arrival so that the house is ready to go once you arrive! The cost of grocery is paid on arrival when your itemized receipt is given to you.
