This modern and completely renovated oceanfront oasis with two-wing main house, guest house, oversized freshwater pool and a 7,000 square foot furnished patio will take your breath away! We have added a pagoda and a shed filled with paddle boards, snorkels and beach gear for your enjoyment. The perfect get away for utmost privacy and relaxation. The space AWARD WINNING architectural masterpiece featured in Architectural Digest! The house is truly spectacular! Custom built you will find 19 feet ceilings throughout and sliding glass doors to allow maximum views and breezes. Every bedroom and the loft in the guesthouse have AC. The kitchen features concrete countertops and island that were custom made by a local concrete artist who also designed the huge dining room table. Newly furnished and outfitted with new linens and towels, this is a lovely place to get away from it all! Guest access The main portion of the house does not have AC but each bedroom does along with the full guest house. The house is designed as an open concept home and the walls around each patio space create what is called "wind tunnels". All windows/doors typically remain open throughout the space to you are truly living in the best Caribbean Breeze directly from the ocean. **Because of the strong wind in the kitchen with no AC - sometimes the inside of the fridge can sweat with overuse of the opening and closing of the doors. it is recommended to store drinks that will be used hourly and daily in the guest house for excessive use. Other things to note We are a proud partner of Isla Vita Vi Luxury Concierge. This villa receives a special pricing of $900 (plus 18% gratuity and a 4% processing fee) all inclusive service if you choose to use the concierge service. All reservations, excursions, private chef, charter & local experience planning is included should you choose the extra feature. The only feature that is not included is the grocery stocking feature. This feature is an extra $250 (plus 18% gratuity & 4% processing fee). Should you opt into this feature, a grocery list is sent one week prior to your arrival. All liquor, food & beverage will be stocked prior to your arrival so that the house is ready to go once you arrive! The cost of grocery is paid on arrival when your itemized receipt is given to you. Should you only need what we can “A Finder’s Fee” (2 bookings), that cost is $300 (plus 18% gratuity and a 4% processing fee).
