The primary suite offers serene views of the pool and nature reserve, a Tuft & Needle mattress, and a spa-like bathroom with a rain shower and garden tub. • The second private suite provides a peaceful escape with vaulted ceilings and a spacious walk-in shower. **Gathering Spaces & Modern Comforts** • The bright, open-concept living area features vaulted ceilings and a cozy sectional, perfect for movie nights on the 65” 4K TV. • Prepare family feasts in the fully equipped chef's kitchen, complete with modern appliances and quartz countertops. • A dedicated workspace is also available. • Dine at the rustic wood table, grab a bite at the breakfast bar, or enjoy a meal alfresco on the screened lanai. • A full-size washer and dryer are included for your convenience. **Private Pool Oasis** • Step outside to your private, heated pool (optional; fee applies) overlooking a tranquil nature preserve with no rear neighbors. • Lounge in the Florida sun, enjoy a family game of giant Connect 4, or relax under the magical glow of evening string lights. • A Weber gas grill is ready for your family barbecues. **Scavenger Hunt Fun** Discover hidden figures on the walls throughout the house—a fun activity for kids to keep an eye out for little surprises as they explore. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, yard, and private pool area. Check-in is simple and convenient via a smart lock, and you will have access to driveway parking throughout your stay. Please note: There is a locked linen closet and a locked owner's closet within the game room that are not accessible to guests. Other things to note Family Amenities: We provide a pack-n-play and a high chair for our youngest guests. Pool Heat: The pool can be heated for your entire stay for an optional fee of $25 per day. If you'd like to add this service, you'll select it when completing the rental agreement. Pool depth is about 3 feet to about 5 feet. Rental Agreement: For the safety and security of our guests, the primary guest is required to sign our rental agreement and provide a government-issued photo ID after booking. The agreement is included in the House Rules section. Supplies: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a starter set of toiletries, detergents, and paper goods. Due to Florida Department of Health regulations, we are unable to provide any food items.
