Large 6 bedroom Duplex just Steps to the sand!

This newly remodeled duplex is gorgeous and comfortable! Between both units you'll have 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. These are two separate units - no internal doors. Downstairs has an amazing huge patio with bi-fold doors. Both kitchens are fully equipped with most everything you need to cook for the family. The boardwalk and pier are just a quick walk or bike ride away! We We provide bikes, sand toys, boards, and more! Brand new sofas upstairs provide a lot of seating and sofa bed is a queen size memory foam. There are TV's and ceiling fans in each room upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs has a balcony with partial ocean view and the downstairs has a huge patio. The downstairs unit very comfortable. The master has a king bed, second room is a queen bed and there is a queen size sofa bed as well (not a mattress/the sofa converts to bed). The downstairs living room opens to the patio with bifold doors that open all the way up. This duplex is only 7 houses to the sand so going back and forth to the beach is a breeze even with little ones. Guest access You will get the whole garage so 2 cars plus room for any extra beach gear you bring. Though we have a lot for you already. There is free overnight parking on the street and all around but it can be hard to find spots during summer/spring break or any major holidays. You can easily walk or ride bikes to just about everything from this location so leave the cars in the garage and enjoy a walk to the store or dinner! Other things to note No partiers or loud groups. Our neighbors are not on 24/7 vacation and will not tolerate it. No animals of any kind. We market to people with severe animal allergies and cannot have any animals in the house ever. No refunds past cancellation dates for any reason (unless we find a replacement reservation for those dates).
