Lake Almanor 6 is in the Almanor Lakeside Resorts along with 12 other cabins. Cozy cabin just steps away from the lake and few minutes from all the activities and amenities you need. The location is the best! Enjoy amazing views of the waters and the mountain right at the patio. The cabin has 2-bedroom and 1-bath. Lake Almanor Escape 7 is overlooking the lake with a beautiful view from a large deck. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. Everything inside has been newly remodeled. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people. There is a private boat ramp with a large dock and individual boat slip as well as boat/jet ski trailer parking. There is a picnic area near the water as well as large grass picnic areas. It is located next to the marina outside of the country club. We are right across the street from restaurants and gourmet grocery store with wine shop and deli. Also exciting activities can be access year round – kayaking, trail hiking, snow hiking, fishing and more. Other things to note ---Things to Note--- 1. Beautiful resort on Lake Almanor. Cabins are next to the Marina if you need/want to rent boats or other water gear. 2.. The docks are unavailable for use during the period from October 1st to May 1st. 3. The cabins can also be rented with the large lakefront cabin (cabin 11) which sleeps 11 for family or friend reunions. 4. Car needed. 4 parking spots available for Cabin 6 & 7. 5. Owner requires additional screening. Must be 25 to book. 6. Pets: Additional dog fees will be assessed. $75 nonrefundable per stay, per cabin. Breed and size restrictions, please inquire. Absolutely no cats. No dogs on furniture or beds; 2 dogs max. Dogs will be considered at the discretion of the owner. Excluded breeds – Pitbulls, Danes, Shepherds and Rottweilers. The size and breed is required in writing for approval. Dogs must be leashed and cannot be allowed on the furniture. If additional cleaning is required, an additional fee will be assessed against the security deposit. 7. No fires of any kind 8. No partying, quiet time 10PM - 7AM. 9. To keep out the wildlife, bugs and critters, please remember to close doors and windows that don’t have screens on them. Don’t leave food out or crumbs on the counters, tables, furniture or beds to help keep those unwanted pests out. The home and property is treated regularly, seeing dead bugs doesn’t mean there is an infestation but that the treatment is working.
