The space Our house is perfect for a comfortable and fun stay. It has everything you need: A bedside table with a lamp and a closet for your clothes. Comfortable armchair to relax. TV with ROKU system so you can watch your favorite series or movies. Ironing board and iron to always be well-dressed. High-speed internet for worry-free connection. The house has three queen beds, ideal for two people each, and also a queen size sofa bed that can sleep two more. The maximum capacity is 8 people! For groups of more than 4 people, an additional charge of $15 per extra person applies. The private bathroom comes with everything you need: soaps, shampoo, lotion, towels, and bedding fully included for your comfort. We hope you enjoy your stay with us! Guest access This beautiful house is located on the first level of the structure. The safe where the keys to access the house are located on the right side of the pedestrian entrance gate in front of the property. Parking is located within the facilities, after passing the pedestrian gate. Other things to note The internet service is a courtesy one enabled according to the availability of the service of the substitute company. Our facilities are connected and depend exclusively on the public service for utilities of electricity and water with sewer, from Puerto Rico. Reservations are formalized in the recognition and understanding of this condition by the guest, so the interruption of these benefits will not limit or lead to the termination of the reservation or any type of refund.
