We have 4 kayaks (2 adult/2 children) and a paddle boat for our guests which provides endless fun while exploring the absolutely beautiful cove in the backyard. These amenities along with fishing or swimming off the private dock in the backyard will guarantee family enjoyment for all ages!! The entire home and the full 6 acres. We are super excited for you to enjoy our beautiful cabin and we are always a phone call away or can be there within 45 min. 45 minutes to Bentonville which offers endless restaurants, Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and hundreds of miles of bike trails 40 mins to Eureka Springs, quaint, historic, Victorian town with unique shopping and dining experiences, live shows, Christ of the Ozarks, The Passion Play, and beautiful hills and countryside. We have parking to accommodate 6-8 trucks or cars. Large campers or fifth wheel campers are not encouraged due to a narrow single lane private paved driveway to the property The house has a fully equipped kitchen with all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils you should need. There is one crock pot and a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, sweetener, and creamer. There is bathroom tissue in every bathroom and paper towels in the kitchen. And all linens, including bedding, kitchen and bath towels are provided. There is also a first aid kit in a cabinet in the laundry room. Feel free to use the washer and dryer as well as the laundry supplies provided. I think you will find that most of your needs will be met, however, if you should run out of something or need anything additional, you will find directions to the nearest stores in the house manual.   We provide a house manual that provides a few of our asks while enjoying the cabin, local attractions or experiences.
