The living room has two comfy pull out sofas, 1 queen and 1 twin, air conditioning, electric fireplace, washer & dryer (in the unit), smart TV’s, private wireless internet as well as through the condo association, a community saltwater pool with grilling area that includes tables and chairs. The space Property also has a playground, tennis courts, trailer parking and botchy ball area. This unit is in the smallest building on the property and noticeably quiet if that is what you are looking for. Linens and towels are included. Conveniently located minutes from Weirs Boulevard, Fun spot & the Mt Washington boat. Easy access for Bike Week, park your car grab your bike and take a ride down the hill. Ten minute ride to Gunstock and 30 minute ride to the Castle in the Clouds. Plenty of things to do! Guest access Shared salt water pool with large deck and grilling area.
