Washer and dryer available for use. Master king bedroom has a private bathroom with shower and soaker tub, two walk-in closets and dresser. A mobile pack and play is in the master closet. The second queen bedroom has a dresser and it's own walk-in closet space. The third twin bedroom has a daybed with a pullout trundle, small end table and walk-in closet. This closet holds two high chairs for toddlers if needed. The living room is complete with a gorgeous fireplace to cozy up to and a queen sofa pullout couch to accommodate those larger groups. Queen sheets for this are located in the queen bedroom closet. A Pac-Man Cocktail Arcade Machine with 8-in-1 deluxe game is in the living room for those of you who are old school gaming enthusiasts (2 player options). 17-inch full color display, retro play, head-to-head gaming table. A work desk is also in the living room. The back patio is covered with skylights. A detached two car garage is available to park your vehicle. Large spacious front and back yard. Perfect getaway to relax. Guests are welcome to bring their own BBQs. We are 3 minutes away from the White Barn venue and host a lot of wedding guests. Visit the Black Canyon Dam and Payette River for all water sports and picnic outings. Guest access This house has a front and backyard available to guests with a large covered back patio. You may park your car in the garage. This home is specifically set up for guests. Feel free to pet the horses and cows over the fence, but please do not get in the pasture with them. The yard is not fenced and there is a ditch that runs along the front of this home that has water in the spring-fall seasons. This home is not wheelchair accessible. There are a few steps into this home. Other things to note - NO PETS BY GUESTS OF ANY KIND. $500 fine - NO SMOKING, DRUGS or VAPING anywhere inside this home. $500 fine - No Shoes while inside - Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval - Must be present on property if guests are approved and will be held responsible for their actions - Any significant damage will result in the loss of security deposit plus charge to fix or replace damages - Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am - Photographers MUST disclose their session type and number of shoots being done during the stay - Guests booking longer than a week will be subject to routine maintenance cleanings. Long term guests will be responsible for washing their own linens, dishes, supplying their own shampoos, soaps, laundry detergents, toilet paper etc.
