Other things to note Sorry no pets allowed. - Owners Allergic Winter: Please note that we do experience snow on occasion. The HOA does a great job of keeping the roads scraped but they only scrape after the snow ends. So, please be aware of the weather and know that there is the potential for snowy weather.
