This comfortable guest home is attached to the main house, but has completely separate living space. Private fenced patio off the bedroom with a table and chairs. The property is situated at the end of a small street, it is designed to be relaxing, private and very quiet. Close to everything but has limited traffic and little street noise. Perfect place to refresh and recharge! Bedroom has a queen bed. Living room has a new (purchased Mar 2025) comfortable couch that opens into a queen bed. The space We have a natural FL lawn - not a manicured golf course feel - no pesticides and animal safe :) Some weeds may exist Other things to note There seems to be a warning on my listing that we have not provided a carbon monoxide detector, but that is because in our area everything is electric - there is no gas for any appliances therefore no carbon monoxide risk. We provide one set of sheets and a thin blanket for the bed. If you will have additional guests who will need to use the pullout couch or if you will be using the pack and play for a child, please bring additional linens that you may need. Otherwise, there is a Home Goods store very nearby if you need anything more. Wi-Fi is included as a free amenity. Host makes no promises or guarantees regarding Wi-Fi availability as we are at the mercy of the Internet provider in our area. If there happens to be an outage there would be no discounts refunds etc. It is very rare but I am mentioning simply because I did have one guest who had Internet problems due to an outage during a tropical storm and sent me many messages and this just is not something I can guarantee you will be available as I can’t control it. Basic cable TV in unit no upgraded channels - we have a "Smart TV" that you can use to sign into your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV or other streaming provider of your choice. If you want longer than 28 days we could do sequential bookings as we would require periodic cleaning to check on the space to ensure everything is working properly. Message me directly and we can discuss logistics of that. If you think you may have to cancel due to medical emergency, family emergency, a weather related or any other reason or concern, please make sure to purchase the travel insurance that is offered on the Airbnb platform when you complete your booking. Once you pass the deadline for cancellation, we will be unable to offer any refunds as we hold the dates for you when you book and we rely on the rental funds to pay our bills so we are unable to refund the money. The travel insurance is reasonably priced especially if you are not sure what may come up.
