I just adopted the sweetest bluetick hound-dog. She is 8 years old and gets along with everyone, everything, & everybody. She will be roaming the entire property. This studio apartment is suitable for 2 adults that like a good queen mattress and 1 person/child that is okay sleeping on a genuine leather couch. (Not a pull out) Furniture was just purchased brand new and is very good quality. Due to hurricane Ian all work was completed December 2022, so it is super clean and fresh. Central AC, off street Parking for 2 vehicles, separate entrance, 24/7 lockbox self check in available. Guests enter 24/7 with lockbox. Guests have their own parking spaces (2), living area, bathroom, kitchenette & can access the shared pool and dock. I'm Paul the owner. I live in the main part of the house, I'm super outgoing, friendly and talk alot. I often use the pool area & common areas to host friends & family, but many nights are extremely quiet. I'm a very friendly, outgoing person. Very residential area. This is America sooooo unfortunately there is no public transit. You will need a car. The beach is a 23min walk. Although not provided if you have a paddle board you can take off from the dock
