Cozy in Walloon Village

Great vacation spot! This cozy eclectic apartment is a three-minute walk from the charming village of Walloon Lake with its shopping, beach, and restaurants. This space comes with a full kitchen and work space. Situated on a quiet street. It is an ideal spot for two, however, there is a sleeper in the living room to accommodate two little ones. Our apartment is 12 minutes to Petoskey's gas light district, Boyne Mountain's skiing/waterpark, or Boyne City's popular farmer's market. The space Our rental is found in an attractive ranch style apartment building. There is an on-site laundry room located in the apartments central hallway. We offer a queen size bed, desk, and chest of drawers. The unit comes with a full kitchen complete with a dining room table for four. The living room has Roku T.V. and WiFi. Guest access Coffee is provided and the store in the village offers baked goods.(It’s a three minute walk.) Extra parking is available for your boat and trailer. Other things to note Local activites are downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ice skating (when it’s cold enough in the village by the Barrel Back restaurant), boating (rentals are available in the village), golf, mountain biking, hiking, and biking trails are within a ten minute drive. ​​​ ​ HOUSE RULES No one wants their special experience ruined by loads of unnecessary rules. Which is why restrictions are kept to a minimum. They are: No smoking inside the apartment, but smoking on the porch is OK. No extra guests without prior consent, thank you. No parties. This is a beautiful, quiet part of the world, so please be respectful towards the neighbors and keep the noise down, especially between 10 pm and 7 am. The individual booking the reservation must be over the age of 18 years old, we reserve the right to verify. Please have fun, Northern Michigan is amazing you won't regret your stay! Cancellations (Moderate) Cancel up to 5 days before check in and get a full refund(minus service fees). Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.
