Our one bedroom and one bathroom cottage is located on Gulf Blvd in Treasure Island, FL. It is located less than 300 steps from the beautiful sand of Treasure Island Beach and 5 blocks from the world famous boardwalk, shopping and restaurants of John’s Pass Village in Madeira Beach. It has new bedding, linen, furniture and appliances. The bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed and a large screen smart television. The living room is furnished with a love seat, chair and large screen smart television. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, all the items you need to cook and a small dining table and chairs. Our Wifi is secure, fast and free. Our TVs are HD with an ability to log onto all of your app based subscriptions. The bathroom is SUPER CLEAN and the shower is low profile for ease of use and safety. Our one story building means there are no stairs or elevators to worry about. You will also have a small, private off street parking spot located at the cottage for your use. Guest access Our guests have their own covered porch with 2 chairs & a small table perfect for morning coffee & afternoon cocktails. The shared courtyard provides a hammock, outdoor shower for rinsing off after a long day on the beach, Weber propane grill, and a larger picnic table for outdoor dining.
