This is an older home, and has great charm and character but it also comes with the creaks and cracks that occur over time. Parking - Off street space in the back (yard) accessed from the alley. You must push open gate, pull car in and close gate behind you. 2 small cars or 1 large car can fit. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. Guest waives any and all claims, damages, and/or causes of action for personal injury or property damage against us (the host) for use of the parking provided. We are not responsible for any articles left in vehicles. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
