Newly added plunge pool in the backyard - a completely private oasis 3 mins to Ballantyne Bowl 7 mins to Pineville 15 mins to Carowinds 15 mins to Fort Mill 20 mins to Uptown Charlotte (Home of the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte Hornets) 20 mins to Charlotte Douglas Airport (CLT) The space *BEDROOMS* -This home features three bedrooms, including a master suite with an en-suite bathroom equipped with both a tub and a separate shower stall. -The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom that includes a tub/shower combination. -Designed as a single-level ranch, this property offers stair-free living, with all bedrooms situated on the 1floor. *PARKING* The driveway provides ample parking space for up to three vehicles. *OUTSIDE/BACKYARD* -Chill Out or Cool Down in Our Cowboy Plunge Pool! Take a dip in our 2-foot deep soaking pool—perfect for a refreshing splash on hot days or an ice bath if you're feeling brave! It's open year-round for whenever the mood strikes. **Please cover when not in use for safety. Parents are responsible for supervising children at all times around the pool.** -The backyard, fully fenced for privacy and security, is furnished for relaxation and outdoor dining, complete with a BBQ grill. *WASHER/DRYER* -The home comes equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. *IMPORTANT* We require ALL reservations to sign our Rental Agreement. This will need to be completed in order to receive your door code. Guest access You have access to everything in the house. Other things to note ABSOLUTELY ZERO TOLERANCE FOR SMOKING/VAPING/WEED AND PARTIES. Additional Fees may apply if found violating the policies. Pets are welcomed! (Fees of $50 per pet, per stay.
