The fenced in back yard comes with a lot of great features such as heated pool & jacuzzi (for an extra fee), two level pergolas over a 20x40 concrete patio, full play set for the kids, fire pit, hammock area, outdoor shower and a cute pool house/lounge area with a loft! Guest access You will have access to the entire house! Other things to note - Pool heating: $150/per day - Jacuzzi use fee: $200 per booking. Jacuzzi pre-heating fee: $100 due upon arrival. - Pet fee: $250/per pet per stay. If you have more than 1 pet, please let us know in advance. - We provide a starter supply of essentials for your convenience. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay.
