The house has been renovated in a classic style. It's very clean and comfortable. It is spacious and each room has a king bed. Sit and enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony with an ocean view or take a 2 minute walk to the sand and watch the dolphins in the waves. This house is in the perfect location to get to the boardwalk, the Newport pier and plenty of restaurants and shopping in just minutes. And as a bonus we provide beach cruisers and a ton of beach gear. SLP#13325 The space This 4 bedroom 3 bath unit is luxurious, comfortable and just steps to the sand! Each room has a king size bed, ceiling fans and TV's. The extra large garage (Newport standards) has beach cruisers, boogie boards, surf boards, chairs and more. It has a nice balcony with peek a boo views of the ocean and big picnic table. And, we have air conditioning! The master has it's own bathroom, the back 3 rooms share a bathroom and there is a half bath closer to the living room. You don't find that many bathrooms in most Newport rentals. 39th St is walking distance to Newport Pier with tons of restaurants and shopping. Other things to note -No animals of any kind, we market as an allergy free zone for people with a particular disability (severe animal allergies).
