Guest access You have the entire 4-bedroom villa to yourselves! This includes four private outdoor spaces (two decks, two balconies) and access to the community pool. The entrance to the villa is secured with digital keypads—no keys to pick up or lose. Owner's storage area are excluded, of course. Parking: We provide 4 unassigned parking passes for our private lot. Because we are sooo close to the beach, the HOA is very strict—permits must be displayed at all times to avoid towing. If not, our lot would be overrun with beachgoers. Other things to note ⏤ HOUSE RULES ⏤ We love hosting families and responsible groups! To maintain our 5-star standard, we require the following: Agreement & ID: The primary renter (25+) must e-sign our Rental Agreement and provide a government-issued ID within 24 hours of booking. Security Deposit: A $500 refundable security hold is placed on your card 2 days before arrival. Strict "No" List: No pets (HOA rule), no parties, no dyes, no glitter, and no smoking/vaping of any kind. Occupancy: Max occupancy is 12. This is a City of Destin requirement and is strictly enforced. Noise: We use noise-decibel monitors (volume only; no recording) to protect our neighbors and your stay. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Cameras: There may be an external camera in the front of the home. Absolutely no internal views. Please be sure to read our house rules for all details, this is only a concise summary. ⏤ ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE COVERAGE ⏤ Your stay includes up to $500 of accidental damage coverage at no extra cost to you. This covers "no-hassle" minor accidents (broken glass, etc.) if reported at the time they occur with a photo. Intentional damage or unreported issues are not covered. ⏤ TRAVEL INSURANCE ⏤ Because we do not refund for weather, travel delays, or health emergencies outside of our policy, we strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance for your peace of mind. — WHAT WE PROVIDE — * bed linens * bath towels & washcloths * hand towels * make-up towels * bath mats * blankets/comforters * Beach towels, wagon, chairs, toys* * Kitchen essentials such as foil, plastic wrap, salt/pepper, basic spices, etc.* * Basic cleaners and cleaning tools* * A starter set of soaps, shampoo, dish detergent, laundry pod, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. — WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING — * Sunscreen * Additional paper towels, soaps, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, trash bags for remainder of your stay. * Your cares and worries so our gorgeous beaches and Gulf waters can make them fade away! * Our team does their very best to see that these items are stocked. However, the enhanced cleaning procedures take significantly more time and it isn't always possible to inventory each item after every stay. If we have not been alerted by a guest that an item has run out so we can replenish it, there may not be any in the home.
