Situated within the I-270 outerbelt, our location provides seamless access to downtown, OSU, and the east and west sides of Columbus at any time of day, with numerous local routes that help you avoid highway traffic during congested hours. We are also just minutes from the city’s top parks and multi-use trails, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Please carefully review all house rules (including any additional ones) before booking or submitting a stay request. We accept same-day stay requests only if the guest’s account has positive reviews, and the request must be received before noon. Please note that due to Midwest weather, the outdoor tub is available only during warmer months, typically from early May through early November. This timeframe also represents the best conditions for enjoying outdoor amenities in Columbus, Ohio. We do consider a limited number of special events from May through late October.
