This home is located near Gordon Gulch Road (1.5 miles away) which has many forest service roads which also connect to the Hill City ATV and UTV trail systems which turn into snowmobile trails in the winter. While this home has a beautiful forest background, there is a candy shop, restaurant, gas station, and casino just across the road. Not to mention, it's only a couple of miles to Hill City where there are several shops, restaurants and a local grocery store.   Guests with motorcycles will love this home as there is a double car garage and only 500 feet of gravel to the highway, making it both centrally located and easy to get around.
