Bright and Spacious Home in Carlton Landing

Located in the scenic town of Carlton Landing on Lake Eufaula, Bear Feet Retreat is your luxury lake home away from home! Inside, the lower level includes the spacious living room, dining room and a fully stocked kitchen with an open floor plan, as well as a powder bath, mudroom, laundry room. The queen master suite is also on the lower level and includes a private bathroom with double vanities. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms with queen beds and a third oversized room with a queen bed, a bunk bed with two twin mattresses and still plenty of room to play! A queen size blow up mattress is available on request. A full bathroom with tub, shower and double vanities is also on the second floor. A grill and fire pit are located in the backyard of this home and in the front there is a large porch with plenty of seating. The house is equipped with Google Assistant, so you can play your favorite music inside and outside! Twinkle lights hang above the front and back porches, creating a dreamy nighttime space. Private parking for two vehicles is located behind the house. Take a short stroll up the sidewalk to Tower Court Pool and Wading Pool. Playgrounds, parks, walking trails, a hot tub, restaurants, the swim beach are and more all within walking distance of Bear Feet Retreat.
