Inside, the lower level includes the spacious living room, dining room and a fully stocked kitchen with an open floor plan, as well as a powder bath, mudroom, and laundry room. The queen master suite is also on the lower level and includes a private bathroom with double vanities. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms with queen beds and a third oversized room with a queen bed, and two single beds, side by side. And still plenty of room to play! A queen size blow up mattress is available on request. A full bathroom with tub, shower and double vanities is also on the second floor. A grill and fire pit are located in the backyard of this home and free firewood and fire starter pods are kept on the property. In the front there is a large porch with an oversized swing and plenty of additional seating. The house is equipped with an Alexa, so you can play your favorite music inside and outside! Twinkle lights hang above the front and back porches, creating a dreamy nighttime space. Private parking for two vehicles is located behind the house, leaving plenty of space to park a golf cart if you choose to rent one. The front of the house overlooks Lower Greenway, where kids play on the grassy space and neighbors take the sidewalk to Tower Court Pool and Wading Pool.
