Guest have access to the entire house, docks, and decks. The attic is locked and portions of the garage are locked. If it’s not locked guests have access to it. I am available via phone/text at most hrs of everyday. I have a manager who can help with any issues of the house. We live in a private development with mandatory quiet hours of 10pm. We are close to many great restaurants and activities. The guests must park on the same side of the street as the garage/house. The guests car/cars will be towed if rules are broken. Driveway is watched by camera. The house has many steps, many are inconsistent in tread size and riser length making it potentially hazardous to walk up or down. Guests accept the risk of renting an older cottage.
