The space Guest have access to the entire house, docks, and decks. The attic is locked and portions of the garage are locked. If it’s not locked guests have access to it. Other things to note Guest will need to stay on our property which is clearly defined. The house has many steps, many are inconsistent in tread size and riser length making it potentially hazardous to walk up or down. Guests accept the risk of renting an older cottage.
