See the wild life up close and enjoy a hike on Bear Mountain just outside your front door. My guests have described this property "as a little slice of Heaven" Wake up to the singing of the birds and the morning sunrise over the Bear mountain and evening sunset is breath taking. In the winter months bundle up and enjoy snow shoeing and snowmobiling with free parking for your snowmobile trailers and Maine snowmobile maps. Guest access Guests have the house to them self with a private area for a BBQ and fire pit, private entry. Free parking in driveway with additional parking available for Four wheeling Trailers, Bear Mountain trails open to all guest for four wheeling, snowmobiling and additional recreational activities., camping for additional charge on property, prior arrangements would be needed 30 days prior to arrival. Other things to note The host may be on property during guest stay to maintain/ management of property, lawn, roses, snow plowing and change of propane tanks as needed with other needs of the house. House is located near a popular hiking spot where there may be people entering trail from the public road. Trash pick up every week with recycling pick up every other week for longer stays. Beach permit for guest provided during summer session. Additional parking available at no charge. Outside dog kennel available that can be locked by guest for safety, Retreat dog tags provided for your dogs safety if lost. Monthly bookings will have light cleaning that is scheduled with guest as to not interrupt your stay.
