We are unable to accommodate requests for early check-in, as our home is consistently booked and our cleaning team needs the full time to prepare the space for your arrival. **Amenities** The home is equipped with reliable Starlink Wi-Fi for high-speed internet and Dish Network on all three TVs, along with streaming services. **Wildlife** As a mountain property next to a creek, you may encounter wild animals and critters such as javelina, skunks, deer, mice, squirrels, raccoons, and fox. Please be mindful of your surroundings and do not leave food outdoors. **Travel Insurance** We are not responsible for weather-related issues or road closures that may impact your travel plans. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your protection. **Weather Advisory** As a mountain property next to a creek, there is a rare potential for the bridge into our neighborhood to become impassable due to flooding (most likely in February or March).
