Jacksonville Beach is dog-friendly, with many restaurants offering outdoor seating and water bowls for your pup. • Up to 3 dogs • $150 per pet fee • Dogs should be house-trained or kenneled when alone • For the comfort and safety of all guests, aggressive or unsocialized dogs are not permitted 💦Pool Heating: Pool heating to 85° is available September 15 – May 15 with 72 hours’ notice, with a daily heating fee. Heaters may not reach the desired temperature if the lows fall below 45° (which is rare). 📝 Cancellation Details: In the event of a cancellation, a 3% processing fee will be applied to cover credit card transaction costs Other things to note POOL HEATERS: Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding. Guests use the pool at their own risk.
