Enjoy playing on the small beach, splashing in the lake, taking in the breathtaking views of Lake Michigan (visible as far as the eye can see from the shared deck, which is approx. 200 ft. from front door, and distantly visible from several rooms in the house) and creating lifelong memories in the beautiful heated salt water pool and spa room! Our home has something to offer everyone, all-year round. If you decide to venture out, there is much to do. This is truly an all-season home ready to accommodate the golfers, skiers, swimmers, shoppers, readers, billiards/ping-pong/poker sharks, beach-goers, restaurant-goers, board gamers and everyone else in the family! Please note, the beach is accessed via steps, the beach is small and the water level varies (see pictures). Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire home, with the exception of a few storage closets. Other things to note * A list of all guests by name and age will be required prior to check-in. * Please let us know if a guest in your group will need to use the stair lift. * Lake Michigan beach levels fluctuate continuously so the amount of sand on the beach can vary from a very small amount to a decent amount.
